MEMBERSHIP
There are several ways one becomes a member of First Lutheran Church. One is through is Baptism, the
second is through Confirmation and third by indicating and requesting your desire to join this
fellowship of believers.
While you do not need to be a member at First Lutheran to worship with us or participate in our
activities and events, we encourage you to consider joining our ranks. There are many advantages to
becoming members, first and foremost would be that you would have a home church. Other benefits
would include a faith growth timeline for your children. We have children's ministry, confirmation, and
youth group where your children would continue to grow in God's Word and fellowship with other
believers. There are also scholarships available for members going to college or seminary.
It would also be very helpful to us at First Lutheran for planning purposes for various events,
programming and other opportunities.
